LET IT BE CLUB is a place where you can be unapologetically you.
You can drop your armor.
Take off your masks.
Put down those heavy burdens you have been carrying on your shoulders.
Breathe and let it be.
My name is Alison Brehme and I’m the founder of the Let It Be Club.
I created this space because I was not living a sacred life. I put everyone else before me and it took a toll on my career, health and relationships.
When my long-term relationship ended, I became a workaholic. We were planning on getting married and when that didn’t happen, I dove into work as a coping mechanism to avoid my feelings.
Many years later I even started to resent my career. I worked all the time, and although I was successful and climbing the corporate ladder, I was unhappy and unfulfilled.
I didn’t take care of myself the way I should. I pushed my body beyond its limits ignoring the signs it was giving me to slow down and the stress took a toll.
My “power through” mantra didn’t work anymore. My chronic neck/back pain from a car accident was at an all-time high.
But I kept going anyway and I created a situation where I was diagnosed with an auto-immune disorder and even ended up in the hospital twice in less than 12 months.
I kept asking myself: Is this all there is? What legacy am I really leaving behind? Is this even worth it?
Have you ever asked yourself these types of questions?
After all this, it was time for me to get really quiet and figure out who I was again.
I spent time with family, nature, eating healthy and getting in touch with my intuition again.
The real me started to appear again.
You don’t have to quit your life, job or go on a sabbatical to get back to who you really are and want from your life.
I believe we can have it all in our careers and personal lives. To do that, we need to prioritize ourselves.
As women we are nurturers and we tend to put everyone else first.
It’s time to stop putting ourselves at the bottom of our never-ending to do list.
You are worthy of taking time for you.
Let It Be Club is a safe space to reduce the crazy, overwhelm, and stress.
You’ll find daily practices and rituals to support you as you focus on putting yourself first.
There are even products created by yours truly to assist you in living a more sacred and joy-filled life.
And if you need some extra TLC, I have a few private clients I coach throughout the year.
Above all, Let It Be Club is a community. It is a place to share our collective wisdom, to remind you of your power and to be grateful, even in dark times.
